What is PACTIVE?

PACTIVE is a health and wellbeing app designed to help individuals and groups lead a healthier lifestyle. By joining PACTIVE, you can improve the health and wellbeing of yourself, and those around you.

Unlike most fitness apps, PACTIVE is not built for physical performance. We know that everyone’s levels of fitness and wellbeing differ. This is why PACTIVE is designed to bring social groups together with the common goal of improving their overall health and wellbeing. PACTIVE isn’t about running your first 10k. Instead, it’s a lifestyle app that works to improve your overall wellbeing.

PACTIVE is designed to enable friends and family to help support and inspire each other to lead more active lives through small, measurable changes. The app does this through a unique combination of activity tracking and social media integration. The PACTIVE health and well-being app syncs to your phone’s health data for automatic tracking, helping you keep on top of your PACTS and view your progress.

PACTS are created between individuals, friends, work colleagues and family, or businesses and charities, to collectively complete new activities or challenges. PACTS can evolve over time to suit the needs of the PACTIVISTS in your group.

PACTIVE is powered by people who want to help each other become healthier. By using PACTIVE you can bring people together within your network to create and share fun activities with a mix of common and personal goals. Use the PACTIVE app to explore new places or help your friends & family to do more together. PACTS are also a great way to help friends and relatives who are living with a health condition, such as diabetes or mental health, or with rehabilitation goals to become more active.

The most important thing to remember, whatever your PACT, is to have fun completing your challenge.

How to Get Involved

PACTS

Our mission is to bring people together and encourage improved health through increased hydration, healthy eating and mental wellbeing. We do this through the use of PACTS. Think of these like a challenge which can be as simple or as competitive as you like. The ultimate aim of PACTS is to see the people you care about make small health and wellbeing improvements over time as well as bringing people together combating loneliness and isolation.

Simply download the PACTIVE app on Apple or Google Play, set up your profile and create your very first PACT. Invite others to participate and enjoy the feeling of helping yourself and helping others to succeed.

Join The Global Classroom’s PACT

Healthy Breathing PACT

After our latest event Deep Breath, The Global Classroom will be collaborating with Our Breath Collective to run a 30 day breathing challenge. This PACT will encourage people to implement healthy breathing habits into their daily routines. We would be thrilled if you joined us in this PACT, so we can create a community of healthy breathers.

By using deep breathing techniques regularly throughout your day, you’ll limit the build-up of stress and exhaustion that accumulates throughout the day. As a result, your days should be noticeably happier and calmer.
